Haru in the Garden
To celebrate the beginning of the Spring season, Crossing 32nd Street performed on the “Haru in the Garden” Festival at the Japanese Friendship Garden of Phoenix (Ro Ho En). The short program included:
- Music for Botany by Jeremy Muller
- Spectral Arctic Ice Triangulations by Matthew Burtner – (trio realization spread throughout garden)
- Having Never Written a Note for Percussion by James Tenney – (ensemble realization spread throughout garden with staggered peaks)
